Refund Policy

We will be happy to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order please call us at 1-530-913-1438 or email jannell@specialtybeads.com to resolve the issue. All returns must be made within 21 days of receiving your merchandise.
 
Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned with the Packing Slip and a statement clearly stating the reason for return.
2. All items must be returned in original packaging (no partial spools or packages).
3. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
4. Volume prices received will be adjusted for returns in the credit.
5.  We do not refund the cost of return shipping or insurance.
6. Returns can be subject to a 10% restocking charge. 

Should the package be lost or damaged in shipping, we are not responsible.
