We make every effort to ship your order within 1-3 business days, but we ship within a day if it's possible for us to do so. Sometimes situations occur where it could take longer. If you are needing your order quickly, give us a comment letting us know and we'll get back to you if there's a problem.
We try hard to keep our shipping and handling costs as economical as possible. In the United States we ship USPS. You will be given the choice of USPS First Class Mail for $3.50 or USPS Priority Mail for $8.50. These prices are a flat rate and include as many items as you purchase. If you are interested in a more expedited form of shipping please contact us with your address and we can give you a price. We reserve the right to vary our method of shipment.
International purchases will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail for a flat rate of $13.50. If your actual shipping cost exceeds this rate by more than $10 we reserve the right to charge you an overage charge. We would contact you and get your permission before shipping. It is common for International orders to take 2 to 3 weeks.
We offer International purchases to customers in many countries. When you sign in to our website if your country is not represented, please email us with your request. In addition to the CONDITIONS OF USE, international purchases are subject to additional terms and conditions as stated below:
- Any import fees, duties, or taxes associated with an international shipment are the responsibility of YOU the customer.
- We ship USPS First Class International for a charge of $13.50. If your actual shipping cost exceeds this rate by more than $10 we reserve the right to charge you an overage charge. We would contact you and get your permission before shipping.
- International deliveries are beyond our control once we mail them. USPS First Class International, which is how we ship, is not trackable once it leaves the United States via San Francisco. In the rare case of a lost package, it will be your responsibility to contact your postal service to locate its whereabouts. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages you did not receive as we have no control or information about the package once it leaves the US. If you do not want to assume this responsibility please email us to ask for International Postal Rates (considerably more expensive) that will give you tracking until you receive your package.
